I said I had a take-out and it hadn’t come out yet.
Someone came and asked me if I had been helped. So I backed up and stood out-of-the-way and waited another minute. The take-out guy looked for it and then turned to me and shook his head. After he got his food I spoke up and said I have a pickup as well. I waited in the pick-up line which was crowded because apparently this is where people also order drinks? Someone came and stood next to me and they were helped first. They looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me, apparently they weren’t responsible for take-outs. I walked up to the take-out counter and announced my presence to the worker, who was busy with something else, just so they knew I was there. I showed up at exactly the time it was supposed to come out. The staff couldn’t find my order for some reason. I’ll let the fact that it was cold speak to the front of house staff rather than the cook. The food was bad, the staff was bad, and it’s way overpriced. I’m not picky or hard to please when it comes to taco places.
